Unlike traditional buffing which removes metal, this machine uses thousands of tiny stainless steel pins driven by powerful rotating magnets.

These pins act like thousands of tiny hammers, swirling rapidly inside the bowl to access deep undercuts, filigree work, the inside of rings, and behind stone settings. It effectively removes oxidation and investment residue while work-hardening the metal surface, all without removing any precious metal. It is the perfect pre-finishing solution before final buffing.
