Induction casting machines, melting furnaces, and laser welders generate immense heat that can damage internal coils and stop production if not managed effectively.

Unlike simple bucket-and-pump setups, the Imtex Chiller uses a powerful refrigeration cycle to maintain water at a precise, constant temperature (typically 15°C – 20°C). This ensures that your valuable vacuum pumps and induction coils receive a steady stream of chilled water, protecting them from thermal failure and extending their operational lifespan significantly.

• High-Efficiency Compressor: Uses reliable rotary or scroll compressors (brand dependent) that provide rapid cooling even when ambient workshop temperatures are high (up to 45°C).

• High-Pressure Circulation Pump: Features a robust internal pump capable of pushing water through the narrow cooling channels of induction coils and laser cavities without pressure drops.

• Stainless Steel Tank: The insulated water reservoir is made of SS 304 Stainless Steel to prevent rust and contamination of the cooling water.

• Safety Alarm System: Built-in alerts for “Low Water Level,” “High Temperature,” and “Compressor Overload” instantly warn the operator of any issues.
