Recover Wax & Protect Your Furnace The Imtex Steam De-Waxer is designed to efficiently remove wax from investment flasks before they enter the burnout furnace. By using high-pressure steam, this machine melts the wax out of the mold in minutes without drying or cracking the investment plaster.

This step is critical for two reasons: it allows you to recover and reuse a significant portion of your wax, and it prevents the heavy smoke and carbon residue that occurs when burning large amounts of wax directly in a kiln.
